Is it a car? Is it a motorcycle? Is it a scooter? No, it’s a Qooder

The arms race that has seen the number of disposable razor blades escalate to as many as five appears to be spreading to the transport world. You need only look at the original Mini, or Fiat 500 or VW Golf to notice how cars are becoming increasingly bloated. And now the same may be happening to powered two-wheelers.

The popularity of scooter trikes like the Piaggio MP3 has prompted one manufacturer to go one step further, add a fourth wheel and in the process create an entirely new class of vehicle. The 400cc Qooder combines the braking performance and stability in corners of a car with the fuel efficiency, tiny footprint and agility of a motorcycle.

The Qooder can be ridden by those with a driving licence. In other words, there is no requirement to pass a motorcycle test or even a CBT (compulsory basic training).
