- The prize draw is open to everyone who requests a quote for ETA cycle insurance between 11 June 2024 and 31 October 2024.
- The prize is a blue Ebco Urban 2R unisex e-bike in medium, and one year’s ETA insurance.
- The prize draw is closed to employees of ETA Services Ltd, their families, any third party associated with administration of the prize draw and anyone with close ties to ETA Services Ltd.
- Entrants must be UK residents and aged 18 or over.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- A winner will be chosen by random draw within one week of the prize draw end date.
- The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, ETA Services Ltd will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. ETA Services Ltd reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
- The decision of ETA Services Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize is final and binding.
- The winner’s name can be obtained by emailing news@eta.co.uk.
- ETA Services Ltd reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- ETA Services Ltd will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of ETA Services Ltd. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by ETA Services Ltd to administer the competition.
