Non-emergency claims

If you need to make a claim, please contact Global Response on 0333 400 2190  (for policies purchased on or after 1 January 2020*)

The initial details of your claim will be discussed with an assessor and you will then be sent a claim form and a list of required supporting documentation which you should arrange to complete as fully as possible.
