Mobility Scooter – Claim

Fill out our online claim form, this is the quickest and easiest way to submit your claim. If you are claiming for reimbursement of puncture repairs, then we do not require you to complete a claim form.

For reimbursement of puncture repairs, simply send a copy of the repair receipt/invoice to claims@eta.co.uk, quoting your ETA customer number.
