Stokbikes have redesigned the bicycle stem and pedals to make bikes easier to store inside.
Hanging bicycles on an inside wall is an excellent way of saving space and foiling thieves, but the pedals and handlebars can make it impractical for most urban dwellings.
The Stokbikes system retrofits to most bikes and allows both the handlebars andpedals to quickly fold.
By completely re-designing the bicycle pedal it also functions as a magnetic kickstand. When folded out, magnets allow the bicycle to stick to any metal object.
The bicycle stem has a joint that enables the handlebar to rotate by 90 degrees so that it lines up with the bicycle frame.

Looks really interesting. But I have to admit I’m somewhat concerned by the rotating joint for the handlebars. Could be nasty travelling fast downhill to lose steering, I hope the joint is immune to vibration.
