Brompton on steroids: The FAT BAD electric folder
August 18, 2015

Fat Bad
Available in matt black, matt green, fluorescent green or pearl white and with a choice of 250-watt or 500-watt motor, the manages up to 43 miles before a charge.
The 25-kg bike does not fold as efficiently as a Brompton - it's like a Dahon, with hinges on the frame’s central tube and handlebar stem.
At current exchange rates, the 250-watt version of the Fat Bad costs £1,135. A manufacturer’s warranty covers the frames for seven years, the battery and mechanical components for two years and electrical parts for one year.
