Fair weather cyclist getting back in the saddle – date night.

The idea of a cycling date might not be everyone’s cup of tea. Hours bent over the handlebars, trying your best to look elegant or dapper (not always easy on a bike), whilst attempting to make small talk, could actually be some peoples worst nightmare.

So to overcome all of the above and make the notion of a cycling date attractive to the unhardened cyclist a couple of eccentric inventors have designed this rather wonderful ‘cycle date bike’.

This cleverly-designed contraption includes two sets of pedals that connect to two separate 8-gear hubs and hydraulic braking and steering – both controlled by the leaver located on the arm of the sofa. This bad boy even has its own sound system and the folding roof system is effortless to operate thanks to gas-powered springs.
