Latest Honda car has interchangeable engines

Nobody knows for certain whether electric, hybrid or even micro turbine engines will prevail in the technological race to power cars in the most efficient way possible, so Honda is hedging its bets with its latest concept car – the Personal-Neo Urban Transport (P-NUT) ultra-compact vehicle features a modular engine bay designed to accommodate a small internal combustion engine, hybrid system or battery-electric drivetrain.

The futuristic-looking P-NUT concept car seats two passengers, one on either side of the driver – a configuration that provides generous legroom in a vehicle measuring only 3.4m.
